Call Your Reps

Contacting your elected representatives about the issues that matter to you is one of the simplest and most powerful actions you can take as a citizen. Phone calls — especially those that result in conversations staffers — are the most effective, but emailing your representative via his or her website is a good second choice. Handwritten letters and postcards are good ways to express your opinion on longer-term issues (and kids can send them, too)! Find your representatives’ addresses and phone numbers below.

For more advice on when and how to contact your representatives, see Call the Halls.
